Prenuptial Agreements

Prenuptial Agreements are permitted in the state of Pennsylvania and aretreated by the courts as legally enforceable contracts, provided that there has been a full and fair financial disclosure of the assets and liabilities of each of the parties and there are no other contractual defenses proven, such as fraud or duress.
